Brian Sack
I started Banterist in 2003 after this conversation with my cat. It led to all sorts of good things.

so… you’re saying you don’t push babies into on-coming traffic on a highway?
Love the video. Funny and scary. It brings back fond memories of my travels in Turkey, where buses pass other buses and trucks despite oncoming buses and trucks. Makes the NASCAR Truck Series look like child’s play.
They drive like this in Italy only on roads with a sheer drop off on one side into the sea. I had a crash course in driving a manual transmission in these conditions. More terrifying still is the fact that I found myself passing a garbage truck on a hill with a curve yesterday.
Poland and Lithuania? I could have sworn this was a video of driving in western Washington State. Same danger, less farm equipment.
