Grammar Cop: DVD Minus

and-internet-to.jpg

Defendant: Video Plus & Internet To [Google surveillance]

Count 1: Prepositional negligence.

Count 2: Rendering grammatical malfeasance permanent.

Count 3: Exposing grammatical indecency to the public via signage.

Report: Officer Decker was off duty in Washington (the wine-making state, not the crime-ridden seat of government ) when the infraction was spotted. After vigorous eye-rubbing the crime was captured digitally and transmitted to Grammar Cop headquarters via the same internet that Video Plus is apparently connected to. Officer Decker describes the area as "delightful" despite the obvious signs of grammatical decay.

Fine: $248, and one entire store wall must be dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of Schoolhouse Rock.

if i had to answer their phone i would seriously shoot myself

How about one wall dedicated to COP ROCK? That would be real punishment. We must send these violaters a massage!

Can you send a massage these days? Download a hot massage from the internet NOW?

Perhaps we could consider spending masseuse? A masseuse that gives a massage that's also, in a shocking turn of events, a message?

It's something to think about but don't get a brain cramp.

Bite your tongue, for I am never off duty! *Polishes Shield*

Does anyone else see the magic bean stalk growing about 2 blocks to the northwest?

Ahem, I believe you mean "via the same internet to which Video Plus is apparently connected." You are not above the law.

We can all take a lesson from this.

For those who do not rent The History Boys, are doomed to repeat it/them.

This is GREAT. I both love and hate finding errors like these! They make me laugh and cry at the same time - mostly because they are becoming more and more common.

I see the Magic Beanstalk on the Google Surveillance too! Truly bizarre...

Unless the Pacific Ocean suddenly moved to the other side of the U.S., the Magic Beanstalk is two blocks to the SOUTHwest in that link.
