My First Consulting Gig

consulting.jpg

I saw this ad on Facebook and it made me think of starting a marketing consultancy. I would sit down one-on-one with Don and say, "Don, do not use that picture in your ad." It would undoubtedly increase sales in his company. And then I would charge him just $400.

I can leave a funny comment for just $400. It may increase traffic to your website.

Don's picture must have been taken just after his first client looked him up and actually paid him for a consultation based on a facebook banner ad.

For just $400 I can take a new photo...

You might want to charge $375 so you undercut the competition.

Sold.

Funny! So did you give Don's ad a thumbs-down?

But you can mock his photo for free!

That, and you can remind him that one-on-one needs to be hyphenated.

Unfunny in Farsi, hilarious in Dutch.
