Tonight is the debut of Not Just Another Cable News Show on CNN Headline. I'm one of several people who slide in and out of the screen, making hopefully witty comments on a variety of news items. I was hoping to be credited as "Author, In the Event of My Untimely Demise but the producers of a show called Not Just Another Cable News Show shot me an email telling me that my title was too long.
Other commenters include Huffington Post writer Rachel Sklar, former Daily Show writer Chris Regan, and comedian Hugh Fink.
7p and 9p Saturday & Sunday on CNN Headline.

I saw it. You did very well, as did Stu Burguiere, and Amy Holmes, the only others I knew.
Will the format stay the same? Do you know? I'm assuming that the topic will change; but I still think the show will burn through a lot of the good material in just the first couple of episodes.
[ Not sure what their plans are - I'm just a talking head - but they have 28 years of CNN footage to draw from so they should be able to have a good run. -B. ]

I only know your stuff through the Banterist site, which I think is something very rare: a site which has a nicely ironic and well-developed sense of humor but doesn't take itself too seriously. I was disappointed that you periodically appeared on that predictably right wing hack, Glenn Beck but - hey, it used to be a free country.
