Defendant: Cha Cha's Bar & Café
Count 1: Homophonic negligence.
Count 2: Rendering transgression permanent.
Count 3: Displaying crime in a public venue.
Report: Officer Cousin of the New York Expeditionary Grammar Force was undeterred by the recent grammatical crime wave and returned to supervise the clean-up of the neighborhood. While inexplicably waiting an hour and a half for a Nathan's hot dog, she spotted the transgression, recorded it, and presumably fled Coney Island - which is not an island.
Fine: The establishment of a defensive wall to contain the problem.

And you know for sure that there isn't a family named Hole that Cha Cha doesn't entertain exclusively?

As a member of the Hole family, you should know that there was always a big competition between Cha Cha's and my own family's pizzaria. When my grandfather, Lenny Hole, lost the family business to Cha Cha's in a poker game, they promised to keep us poor Holes entertained for three generations. And that's the whole story.

Silly me, I thought it was an 'inside' reference to Courtney Love fans

What about the fact that there is also a misplaced apostrophe? The sign in fact indicates that "Cha Cha is a Bar and Cafe" rather than that this is a "Bar and Cafe owned by Cha Cha".

ChrisW75, there is no misplaced apostrophe: you added that indefinite article yourself. The sign reads "Cha Cha's Bar and Cafe", which means "The Bar and Cafe belong to Cha Cha". Back to grammar cop school with you.

I would like to call attention to the phrase "Boneless Ribs".
Lets all just think about that for a moment...
